EXCHANGE POLICY

Within Kathmandu valley

We offer exchange within 48 hours of purchase. Exchange will have to be made at the store. If an online request is made, pick up and delivery charges will be applicable.

Exchange shall not be made on goods with damages or deemed used.

Outside the valley or international purchase will not be exchanged.
